At Human Kind Yoga, classes are about so much more than movement.
They are a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, exactly as you are.

Each class weaves together breathwork, mindful movement, and deep rest, helping you build strength, flexibility, and inner calm in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

No two classes are ever the same. Each week, your practice is intuitively guided and inspired by nature, the seasons, lunar cycles, and the energy of the world around us, creating a space that feels relevant, grounding, and deeply nourishing.

With training in adaptive yoga, every class is thoughtfully guided to meet you where you are. Props and equipment are provided, allowing postures to be adjusted and supported so that everybody can move in a way that feels safe, comfortable, and right for their body.

No pressure. No judgment. Just you, your mat, and the space to be.

Classes are held in the beautiful village of Preston Candover, just outside Basingstoke, with free parking and a peaceful countryside setting, where even the journey there becomes part of your practice.
