About Human Kind

Human Kind was created from a place deep within my own journey, a journey of learning to slow down, to listen, and to come back home to myself.

For many of us, life can feel busy, overwhelming, and at times disconnected. I know what it feels like to be in that space, and I also know the power of creating time to pause, breathe, and gently reconnect with who you truly are.

This is the heart of everything I offer.


My Journey

My path into this work began over a decade ago, when I first qualified as a Massage Therapist. What started as a passion for supporting the body has naturally evolved into a deeper, more holistic way of working, one that honours the connection between body, mind, and energy.

Over the years, I have continued to expand my knowledge and experience, training in a range of therapies that allow me to support each person in a way that feels truly individual and intuitive.

In 2014, I was incredibly honoured to be supported by Help for Heroes, who funded my training as an Adaptive Yoga Teacher. This experience deeply shaped my understanding of inclusivity within yoga, and the importance of meeting every person exactly where they are, without judgement or expectation.


My Approach

Everything I offer, whether it’s massage, Reiki, or yoga, is guided by the same intention:

To create a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to simply be.

My sessions are never one-size-fits-all. They are intuitive, nurturing, and tailored to what you need in that moment. Some days that may be rest, some days it may be release, and other days it may be gentle empowerment and all of it is welcome.

In my yoga classes, you’ll find a practice that changes and evolves each week. I often weave in elements of nature, the seasons, and the energy around us, allowing each class to feel relevant, grounding, and deeply nourishing.

There is no expectation here, only an invitation to listen to your body and move in a way that feels right for you.

More recently, I have also expanded my offering to include a specialised facial massage designed to support those experiencing tension in the jaw and surrounding areas. This treatment may incorporate gentle facial cupping and Japanese wood therapy techniques, creating a deeply restorative and soothing experience for both the face and nervous system.


A Space for You

Human Kind is more than just treatments or classes — it is a space.

A space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life.
A space where you can reconnect with your body, your breath, and yourself.
A space where you are met exactly as you are.

There is no judgement here, only kindness, encouragement, and care. You may even find one of your biggest cheerleaders along the way.

And of course… laughter and smiles are always welcome too.


A Gentle Note

My work is offered throughout the week, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends woven in when I teach Retreats.
