At Human Kind, wellbeing begins from within. This is a calm and nurturing space to rest, restore and reconnect. A place where you are invited to slow down, breathe deeply and come back to yourself.

My treatment room is based in the beautiful surroundings of Farleigh Wallop, just outside Basingstoke at the top of Garlic Lane, where nature becomes part of the experience. Yoga Classes are held in the nearby village of Preston Candover, in a warm and welcoming community space, where the environment gently supports your practice.

Everything here is is thoughtfully created to help you feel grounded, supported and at ease, because true wellbeing is not just something we do, it’s something we feel.
