A beautiful treatment room offering a range of massage therapy, reiki healing and a fully equipped yoga studio based in Dummer, Basingstoke.
Yoga Classes
The studio runs Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes, face to face, online, small groups or individually, where everyone is welcome. The classes help you gain more confidence with how your body works, and how to make it feel free, at ease and healthy.
Massage Therapy
A Range of Massage Therapies is offered, including Holistic Massage, Swedish Massage, Blissful Relaxation Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot or Cold Stone Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release Massage and Reiki Healing.
Reiki Healing
Reiki is offered in my beautiful, calm and peaceful studio to help bring you balance
